What this notice covers

This notice applies only to this Clarixos marketing website and to general enquiries sent through our contact form or by email. It does not govern a future Clarixos clinical product, clinical pilot or patient-data service.

The website itself

The authored website does not add analytics or tracking scripts, use advertising cookies, or store your form draft in browser storage. The contact form sends information only when you submit it.

This notice does not make claims about platform-level infrastructure or sign-in behaviour that is not established by the Clarixos website code.

If you use the contact form

We receive your name, email address, optional organisation and message. These details are sent securely to our website server and then to Resend, our email-delivery provider, to deliver the enquiry to yusufsoliman@clarixos.health. Our company email is handled through Google Workspace. The form does not accept attachments and does not save enquiry content in the website database.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry and manage relevant follow-up. We do not automatically add you to a marketing list. Our legitimate interests are responding to people who contact us and protecting the enquiry service from abuse.

To limit spam, the server uses the connection IP address to create a keyed, short-lived identifier. The website database stores only this identifier, a request count and its expiry, together with an aggregate daily count—not the raw IP address or enquiry content. Client counters expire within 15 minutes and aggregate counters within 24 hours; expired counters are removed when the next enquiry request is processed.

Email delivery and mailbox handling also involve our providers. Further information about Resend is available in its privacy policy. This notice does not assume an unverified infrastructure retention period.

If you email us

Selecting an email link opens your own email application. If you send a message to yusufsoliman@clarixos.health, Clarixos receives the email address and message content that you choose to provide, together with any details in your signature or attachments. We use that information to respond to and manage your enquiry.

Please do not send patient records, identifiable clinical information or other sensitive medical information through the form or to this address. Neither is a medical-advice or urgent-care service.

Enquiry emails are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage appropriate follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to personal information supplied through the form or by email, request correction, or ask us to consider deletion, restriction, portability or an objection where the law provides those rights. Contact us at yusufsoliman@clarixos.health.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
